If you are planning a holiday abroad you will need to contact your GP or practice nurse well in advance. You will need to attend for a travel consultation.

At this you will be able to find out what vaccinations you will need for your chosen destination.  Ideally, you should make this appointment 2 months prior to your holiday departure date as more than one course may be required for full immunity. You will be asked to complete a travel questionnaire which you can download by clicking here.

Contact reception to book a travel advice consultation.
