Please note that travel vaccinations need to be booked at least 8 weeks in advance of your travel arrangements. If you have travel plans and need travel advice and/or vaccinations, please collect or download a travel health questionnaire prior to your appointment and bring it with you when you see the nurse. Quality Framework

The Practice has always aimed to deliver the highest standards of medical care to its patient population, working within good practice guidelines. Since 1 April 2004 we also ensure that other standards are being met and these are monitored externally by the Primary Care Trust and a national body called QMAS culminating in an annual review.

If you are new to the Practice, take regular prescribed medication or suffer from a long term condition, you may be asked to attend for regular reviews. The frequency will depend on your disease or condition, in order to maintain our high standards of care.
