Please note that travel vaccinations need to be booked at least 8 weeks in advance of your travel arrangements. If you have travel plans and need travel advice and/or vaccinations, please collect or download a travel health questionnaire prior to your appointment and bring it with you when you see the nurse. Join The Practice Patient Group

This voluntary group, Friends of Old School Medical Centre, was established in 2005 and assists the Practice by:

Giving a patients’ perspective on the range and quality of services provided
Raising money to buy useful medical equipment and improve amenities for patients

All adult patients are invited to attend their regular meetings held at the surgery. The dates of these meetings are advertised on their website coming soon.

Membership is £5 per annum and details of the Chairman and Treasurer can be obtained from Reception or via their notice board in the Waiting Room.

The Friends offer quality books for re-sale in the Waiting Room to support their fundraising . A minimum donation of 50p is requested.
