If you have travel plans and need travel advice and/or vaccinations, please collect or download a travel health questionnaire prior to your appointment and bring it with you when you see the nurse. Changes in quantities to your medication

The Practice is reviewing all quantities of repeat medication. This practice now prescribes on quantities of 28 days wherever possible in line with Prescribing guidelines. This will reduce waste within the NHS and ensure that the practice uses its prescribing budget efficiently.

You may notice that some of your quantities may change either now or in the future. Thank you for your co-operation and understanding.
