Travel Vaccinations
Please note that travel vaccinations need to be booked at least 8 weeks in advance of your travel arrangements. If you have travel plans and need travel advice and/or vaccinations, please collect or download a travel health questionnaire prior to your appointment and bring it with you when you see the nurse. You can find the questionnaire here.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

We comply with recognised standards to protect the privacy of your medical information. Information about your health is handled by non-clinical staff in a sensitive manner for the tasks they have to perform.

The Practice is registered with the Data Protection Act. 

All personal and clinical information is treated as confidential.  The PCT, Practice employed and associated staff have access to patient records.  Information may be provided to other agencies if essential for patient care.  Patient consent will be sought before information is released whenever possible. 

Occasionally anonymous information will be provided to other agencies for audit and monitoring purposes.  Patients usually have the right to refuse disclosure of personal information. 

We adhere to the principles set out in the GMC booklet:  Confidentiality: Protecting and Providing Information (2004).
