If you have travel plans and need travel advice and/or vaccinations, please collect or download a travel health questionnaire prior to your appointment and bring it with you when you see the nurse. Friends of Old School Noticeboard

Friends of the Old School Medical Centre Annual General Meeting
Tuesday 22nd March 2011 @ 7.00 pm

There will be a presentation by Dr Charles Heatley Chairman of Hallam and South Consortium on "THE FUTURE OF THE NHS AND THE IMPLICATIONS OF THE WHITE PAPER" and to answer any questions you may have.

Also for discussion will be the future plans for the Practice.

Event being held at Greenhill Methodist Church (next to Medical Centre)

The "Friends" continue to raise funds for the practice. So far funds have been raised for a touch screen, including associated software, a 24 hour blood pressure monitoring machine and a Spirometer.
